Glowing Skin in 1, 5, 10 or 30 Minutes

As any woman knows, it can be a struggle just to get out the door some mornings. Luckily, there are simple solutions for looking your best in no time. Read on to find out how to look polished and pulled together in as little as a minute.

One Minute

Skin Care: Cleansing cloths, which remove dirt and makeup while gently exfoliating-are super quick, completely convenient and nix the need for a washcloth. And if you use cloths containing moisturizers, like Dove's Daily Hydrating Cleansing Cloths, you can cut your morning skin care routine to one step.

Makeup: Mascara, mascara, mascara! If you only have time for one thing, this little tube is it. Choose a formula that curls and lengthens, and you can skip the clunky curler.

Five Minutes

Skin Care: Dry air depletes your skin of much-needed moisture, especially in winter. After cleansing, apply a hydrating face mask; leave on for three minutes, then rinse off. Next, apply a moisturizer with sun protection, like Dove Essential Nutrients® Day Lotion SPF 15 which has a formula that replenishes nutrients naturally found in your skin.

Makeup:Apply a gel-based blush (which is more moisturizing than powder), blend it in with your fingertips, then top with a powder bronzer. The combination creates a natural-looking, healthy flush. Add color (and softness) to your lips with an emollient berry or burgundy-hued lip balm.

Ten Minutes

Skin Care: With a few extra minutes, you'll have time to add toner and eye cream to your routine. Toner cleans and tightens pores, leading to a brighter overall complexion. The delicate skin around your eyes ages 5 to 10 times faster than the rest of your face. Eye cream nourishes this crease-prone area and diminishes puffiness.

Makeup: Conceal dark circles by applying a creamy concealer that matches your skin tone and blending with a sponge. Also try using hydrating liquid foundations and cream blush and eye shadows. They may take a few more minutes to apply, but they adhere better to skin and won't disappear by lunchtime.

Thirty Minutes

Skin Care: Chill a plastic eye mask filled with water in the fridge for five minutes (you can find them at most drugstores). Before washing your face, put the mask over your eyes and rest for 20 minutes. The cool temperature will help de-puff eye bags, wake up your face and invigorate your senses.

Makeup: Pull out the tweezers and get ready to pluck: Nothing polishes your look like a nicely groomed set of brows. Follow your natural shape, getting rid of stray hairs and removing any extra layers under your arches (above your irises). Set the shape with brow gel or hand cream. Then sweep a powder shadow that complements your eye color and skin tone from lash line to crease.

Among many antioxidants, the most researched and best known for skincare and treating scars is Vitamin E.

This product has been recommended by professional doctors and pharmacists all around the world. Vitamin E is best in its natural state. The reason behind this is because Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) has 36% MORE biological activity than the synthetic version, hence it works better at treating scars.

Go for serum or creams which shows very high concentration of natural Vitamin E as the ingredient. Make sure they are no chemical substitute which may cause unwanted side effects.

One of my suggested product is NATUR E Scar serum. It contains 28000 iu of Vitamin E and it is all natural. The product has worked so well for me! Do give it a try. You can find it at www.scarremovaltreatment.net.
